The Requirement
A national authority responsible for investigating cybercrime and coordinating incident response across critical infrastructure, working with fragmented tooling that was designed for other markets and that handled neither local languages nor regionally specific fraud patterns.
What Was Deployed
Cybercrime incident intelligence capability covering open source intelligence gathering, automated triage across ten categories of cybercrime, entity relationship mapping, local language speech to text and translation, and evidence handling with cryptographic integrity and court ready packaging.

Methodology aligned with national agricultural, cocoa sector, tree crop and meteorological authorities, integrated with the national approved pesticide registry, and compliant with Ghana's Data Protection Act, Act 843.
The Requirement
Extension services operating at a ratio of roughly one officer to two thousand farmers, which makes individual advisory support structurally impossible, combined with disease and weather losses running at a substantial share of potential yield each season.
What Was Deployed
Two platforms, CropMD for crop disease diagnosis and surveillance and ForeHarvest for weather and agronomy advisory, both operating offline on basic Android handsets in five languages, with institutional dashboards for national bodies.
